Catering for the moments that matter

In West African homes, a celebration is measured by its table. We cook the way family would, at the scale your guest list needs: party jollof with the right smoky depth, small chops that disappear first, and soups and stews made from scratch. Built for celebrations of 150 to 400 guests, and just as happy to cater a boardroom lunch.

A licensed kitchen, by the hour

In Saskatchewan, higher risk foods cannot be made for sale in a home kitchen. That leaves many talented bakers, caterers and sauce makers without a legal place to grow. Our kitchen is designed to share: when our own production is done, the doors open to Regina’s food makers.

  • Hourly blocks and monthly memberships
  • Early morning, evening and weekday times
  • Cold storage lockers and dry shelving
  • Commercial ovens, mixers and a blast chiller
  • Orientation and a clear kitchen agreement
  • Full clean down between every user

    When do you open?

We are preparing the kitchen now and will announce our opening date here and by email. You are welcome to send inquiries today, especially for events later in the year.

    Where will you be located?

In Regina, in a light industrial area chosen for a proper commercial kitchen with loading access and parking. We will share the address closer to opening. Catering and cakes are delivered across the city.

    Do you cater outside Regina?

Yes, for nearby communities depending on the date and guest count. Tell us where your event is and we will confirm.

    Is your food halal?

We offer full halal menus. Let us know when you inquire and we will plan every dish accordingly.

Can you cook for allergies and dietary needs?

Yes. Tell us about allergies, vegetarian guests or other needs and we will build the menu around them, with clear labels on the day.

How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can for weddings and large celebrations, since weekend dates fill first. For smaller cakes and drop off catering, a few weeks’ notice is usually enough.

Can I sell food I make in your kitchen?

That is exactly what the rental program is for. Renters follow Saskatchewan Health Authority requirements for their own products, and we explain the process at orientation.

Where can I buy the frozen products?

They will be available at Regina grocers after launch, and we will list every stockist here. Retailers can email us for wholesale details.

Tell us what you are celebrating

Catering, cakes, wholesale or kitchen time, it all starts with a message. Share a few details and we will be in touch.
